Rates & Insurance

I currently provide services to clients located in New Jersey and Florida.

My practice operates as an out-of-network provider, which allows me to offer more individualized, flexible, and confidential care without the limitations often required by insurance companies.

If your plan includes out-of-netowk benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. Many clients receive approximately 60-80% of the session fee back after meeting their deductible, depending on their specific plan.

A detailed receipt (often called a superbill) will be provided monthly for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Payment Policy

A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for all clients. Payment is processed following each session.

You are welcome to use an HSA or FSA card if applicable.

Full payment is required at the time of service regardless of insurance reimbursement.

RATES & FEES

My session fees not only reflect the individualized care provided, but also the extensive education, advanced training, and ongoing professional development that inform my work.

Session fees are outlined below and vary based on the type and length of service provided:

Individual Therapy (53 minutes - 90837): $150
Individual Therapy (45 minutes - 90834): $120
Couples Therapy (53 minutes - 90847): $175
Group Therapy (90853): Rates vary depending on the group.

Using out-of-network benefits

If you plan to seek reimbursement, it can be helpful to contact your insurance provider in advance. You may want to ask:

Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is my out-of-network deductible?
How much of my deductible has been met so far this year?
Once my deductible is met, what percentage of each session is reimbursed?
What is the allowed amount for psychotherapy services (examples of CPT codes to provide: 90837, 90847, 90853, 90834)?
How do I submit superbills for reimbursement?
How long does reimbursement typically take?
