Hi! My name is Delia. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, CSSW) serving clients across New Jersey and Florida via telehealth. I graduated with honors from New York University's Advanced Standing Master of Social Work program in 2022. After four years in the non-profit sector, working alongside some of the most inspiring clients and colleagues, I decided to make my dream a reality and founded Root & Bloom — a practice grounded in depth, connection, and meaningful growth.

As a therapist, I believe the most powerful work happens in spaces that feel real. I don't show up as a blank slate or a distant observer — I show up as a genuine, grounded human who deeply values authenticity and connection. You won't get a robotic nod and a clipboard. You'll get me — thoughtful, direct, and fully invested in you and your healing.

I deeply recognize the vulnerability it takes to let someone into your inner world, and I honor that trust with presence, care, and respect. My goal is to create a space where you don't have to perform, filter, or hold it all together. You get to be fully human here — messy, growing, uncertain, hopeful. Healing is rarely linear; there are peaks and valleys, hard conversations and meaningful breakthroughs. I am truly honored to do this work and walk alongside you through each part of your journey.
